Property was beautiful, we liked this place.

The staff were amiable, and the room was impeccably clean with a fridge and smart TV, as example. We walked everywhere, the location was comfortable, to various bus stops that take you into the heart of the city.

The rooms at Rome Lux House Guest Rooms were amazing! I loved how they were air-conditioned, which made it so comfortable during my stay. The room had everything I needed, like a desk, a coffee machine, a fridge, and even a microwave. It felt like a cozy home away from home. Having a safety deposit box in the room gave me peace of mind, knowing that my valuables were secure. I enjoyed watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV in the room. It was a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with a bidet was a great addition. It was clean and convenient, making my stay even more comfortable.

Personally, I didn't use the balcony in my room, but I can see how it would be a nice feature for others.

We loved the little balcony overlooking a tranquil square. The attention to detail, from the toiletries to the daily restocking of snacks, was exceptional. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro and a nearby park. We highly recommend Lux House Guest Rooms and would definitely come back again!

As youngsters, we loved the modern and high-spec furnishings of the room. The balcony facing the sun was a great addition, providing a peaceful and tranquil view of the little square. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the daily restocking of towels and toiletries made us feel well taken care of. The location was also convenient, with major attractions like the Colosseum within a 20-minute walk.

The hotel's location was central, to Termini. San Giovanni district was worth staying in. Truly enjoyed a kitchenette area, coffee, and a kettle in the room. Private bathrooms, that included bidet, were cleaned daily.
